"Seriously the best boudin I’ve ever had! Prior to tasting their amazing food, I had only ever had boudin in the form of boudin balls. I almost didn’t order when I realized it was a link of boudin because I had never heard of such, but Josh cut off a piece for me to try. As soon as I tried the sample of the “Cajun protein bar” (as he referred to it), it was instant love and I’ve been craving their amazing food every since. Gumbo, catfish, meat pies, and especially the boudin! It’s all amazing!! If I’m in need for a food truck, Sports to Geaux is the only one I’m calling!!"

"I’ve had several king cakes, crawfish pies and crawfish boil and everything I’ve had is spot on! We lived in MS for a bit so we like to think we know our NOLA/Cajun/creole cuisine pretty good and Josh gets it spot on! His king cakes have the perfect ratio of filling to cake and my husband raved about the heat of the crawfish. Can’t go wrong with Sports to Geaux!"
